I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room at Residence Plaza. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a stunning perspective of the city's skyline. The breakfast options were quite satisfying and the salad counter had a good variety. The hotel's location was convenient for reaching the downtown area, even though there was a road under construction nearby. The staff, though not knowledgeable about certain tourist spots, were polite and courteous. I would highly recommend Residence Plaza for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Tbilisi.

Big size room with a view to garden. Bonus point for a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe. Location just off the airport, the central bus station and the beach. Excellent service too.

This hotel's location near the beach is quite desirable and the service is impeccable. The room was clean and spacious and the view was stunning. The breakfast was fantastic, with a chef who put great effort into creating new dishes every day.

The hotel's location to the downtown area was quite far and could be costly when taking a taxi.

Spent a lovely Christmas break in a hotel with excellent customer service. Received a warm welcome and was upgraded to a better room upon arrival. the view from the restaurant was amazing, with a snow-covered mountain backdrop. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach and botanical garden, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Breakfast options were limited, albeit the salad counter had plenty of options. the location was a bit out of the way, which required budgeting for longer taxi rides to reach the city center.

Great location, very close to the train station, makes it convenient to travel to other cities. The breakfast offered a good variety of local food that was tasty. The room we stayed in had a good size and it was clean. The shower had good water pressure, which made bathing enjoyable.

The staff was not very accommodating nor friendly. They would not provide us with extra towels or pillows.
